Nose Bleeds......................... Again

Ehem... 1 month ago i'd experienced nose bleeding. But it's not that serious. Only comes out when i'm picking my... eeeerrrr nose. Oh let's just say it is caused by mechanical trauma hehehehe. It healed between one to two hours.

But yesterday.... the trauma's came back to haunt me. It happened when i woke up and walk to the bathroom. While in the bathroom i'd sense some "mucus" will coming out from my nose. I think it's only a "hingus" so i start to blow the nostrils and...........

Shit.... a lots of blood coming out. It's from my left nostril. Some of the blood drippings start to clot already (it's means the blood had come out while i was sleeping). Luckily i'd taken out my pyjamas and only a bra and long pants are left on me.

Without much time, i burst out from the bathroom and run to the kitchen (don't worry, dad is not at home) and tear some of kitchen's tissue paper. Mom was there and she's the one that saw i'm bleeding.

Then i return back to the bathroom. Start to pinch the nose gently hoping that the bleeding will stop. With God's will, the bleeding stop. But it's difficult to breath after that. There's nothing much i could do because i'm fasting. It's forbidden to "picking" your nose ( with hands, tissue, cottonbuds etc.)

After taking bath... i go straight to the refrigerator and pick some ice cubes. Cover it with some pieces of kitchen's tissue roll. Then put it at my forehead, nose and behind my neck. I was hoping the bleeding fully stop.... coz i have to go to Klang, helping my dad.

Until today i still experience nose bleeds but only in inner nose membranes (septum). But not that serious. In fact, it's start to heal already.

The dirtiest thing i'd done yesterday is using my hand to hold the bloody mucus (like "kahak") while driving home from Klang. The "bloody mucus" comes out when i cough in the car. It was soo many and i can't find the tissue box in my car. Finally i tossed out the mucus through the car's window and drive home with some dry blood left in my hand.


trivia: Most NOSE BLEEDS come from a rich blood supply on the thin inner wall of your nose called the septum. For most nosebleeds no cause can be found. But some causes of nosebleed are from:

Trauma such as nose picking.
Nose infections.
Drying out of your nose lining in heated rooms.
High blood pressure in the elderly.
Cancer of the nose - rare.
Leukemia, hemophilia and other bleeding disorders - rare.
