Don't get me wrong... The doctor wouldn't remove the organ "suka-suka hati"..... A lot of consideration must be taken before organ removal... Have you heard removal of breast due to cancer???.... If you had been diagnosed to have Breast Cancer--- "Malignant Stage" ... it means the cancer cell that found in the breast are capable to "migrate" to another organ by "lymphatic system" & "blood stream" transferation..... the best way to prevent the Malignant cell are to remove the area that contains Malignant stage before the cell moved to the new homie....

The organ that i'm holding above is a part of COLON... the patient is an elderly women who been diagnosed with Colon Cancer..... As you can see... the organ is soaked with formalin to preserve the physical appearance of the colon... The Colon the sent to Subang Jaya Medical Centre (my previous practical place) to perform a "cross-section" examination by the Pathologist to confirmed the Malignant stage on the colon.... It's very important because by identify the malignant stage we can concluded wither this cell does effect other organ or just in a colon... Here's Joel @ Lingesh holding the same sampel that i'd mentioned.... you might not see the colon sample clearly... or maybe you'd nearly puke seeing it....
This sampel that been hold by my friend Joel is an Iris from the eyes... it's been taken out from the eyes socket because the doctor found a bacteria + yeast infection in that part.... So i believe the patient is now one eye blind because of this infection..... But noticed that the container is not filled with formalin.... it is because the iris is sent to Microbiology laboratory for rapid bacteria culture.... adding formalin will effect the culturing result.Moral of the story is..... start take care of your inner organ... Don't get stingy to pay a special medical screening to detect cancer.... Because losing your body organ is more valuable rather than losing a money
